Last February 21, 2025, Gensan Medical Center took a proactive step toward disaster preparedness by conducting a comprehensive earthquake drill! This crucial initiative aimed to equip medical personnel, staff, and patients with the right knowledge and skills to respond effectively in the event of a real earthquake.

From the moment the alarm sounded, everyone followed the "𝑫𝒖𝒄𝒌, 𝑪𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒅" protocol, demonstrating discipline and urgency. Emergency response teams swiftly took action, guiding participants to designated evacuation areas while simulating real-life rescue and medical scenarios. The drill tested not only our hospital's emergency protocols but also the coordination and teamwork of everyone involved.
This successful earthquake drill underscores the importance of preparedness and quick response in ensuring the safety of patients, healthcare workers, and the entire community.
